Steam Sterilization Chemical Indicator Card

Used for pressure and steam sterilization monitoring and placed inside the package. It is composed of card with printed words, standard color block and indicator color block. The ink on indicator color block reflects temperature, lasting time of temperature and level of steam saturation, so it can indicate whether the sterilization condition is approved.

2 type available: 

1. Used for sterilization condition of 132℃, 3.5,min.

2. Used for sterilization condition of 121℃, 20min.

Steam Sterilization Biological Indicator

Composed of filter paper with bacterial spore, ampoule bottle with tryptone soy broth and bromocresol purple liquid, bacteria-resisting membrance and plastic bottle.

Bacteria strain: Bacillus stearothermophilus ATCC7953;

Bacteria count: 1*106-5*106 cfu/piece

The label on bottle is printed with special indicator ink and the color change is easily identified.

After 48 hours, the sterilization result can be judged.

B-D Vacuum-Testing Paper Pack

B-D vacuum-testing paper is composed of paper with air permeability and heat-sensitive dye and is used for testing remaining cold air in the process of sterilization. The color will change from light yellow to dark brown or block if no air left in chamber, and the temperature reach 132-134℃, lasting 3.5-4min. if the conditions fail to reach certain value or there is air leakage, the color will remain light yellow or change unevenly.

Steam Sterilization Chemical Indicator Label

Composed of heat-sensitive pigment, which will change from yellow to dark brown or black after the temperature, humidity and time reach certain degree. If color changes unevenly, it indicates that the package is not sterilized properly. 

This indicator label is used for sealing and operators can write down record notes.
